Google Workspace for Students

Active students have access to Google Workspace and apps by Google. 

This includes a student email (@students.joyerianicaragua.com), access to Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Calendar, and more. Google Workspace includes cloud-based document creating and editing, unlimited storage, and easy collaboration between students.

Your student email is the main form of contact by CCC for Registration, Financial Aid, and more. 

To get started students can access their Gmail and Google Drive through the myCCC Portal Quick Launch.

Recurring Banner Maintenance Window:

ITS has scheduled a Banner maintenance window Wednesday mornings from 12:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m. During this time Banner services (Self Service Banner, DegreeWorks, Banner Forms) may be unavailable.

 

DegreeWorks Login Error

Users experiencing the error "This user does not have permission to access Dashboard" can use the following workaround: on the same page with the error, click the link stating "Log out then try again". On the next page, click the link stating "Sign in again". DegreeWorks should now be available for use. For any questions or additional assistance, contact the ITS Help Desk.
