Program Registration Steps for New Participants:

Register Online

  1. Complete the Coconino Community College Application.  Make sure to use an active email account when creating your CCC application profile.  If you don't have a personal email account, please create one; DO NOT use someone else's email address or an inactive account.
     
  2. Make sure that under the second section, "Academic Goals", you make the following selections.  For the second question, select "Earn a GED or improve English language skills". For the fourth question, select "GED" as your program of interest..
     
  3. After submitting CCC's online application, use the blue button to continue to the Adult Education online registration form.
     
  4. Complete the Adult Education program registration form. Select the "Submit" button to finish and progress to the next step.
     
  5. Verify your identity in a brief Zoom meeting (less than 5 mins.) by signing up using our Scheduling Service.

 

NOTE: Your program registration CANNOT be fully processed until you complete step #5.

 

  1. Once your identity is verified and registration documents are processed, you will receive an email directing you to your next step: New Student Orientation.

Register In-Person

  1. Come to either CCC’s Fourth Street Flagstaff or Page campus with your current photo ID.  Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
     
  2. A team member will help you complete CCC’s online application and the Adult Ed. registration form.  They will also need to verify your identity by checking a photo ID. 
     
  3. Once your registration documents are processed, you will receive an email directing you to your next step: New Student Orientation.

Participants Under 18 yrs. Old (two additional registration steps)

        •  Obtain a Withdraw Form from the last public school you were enrolled in.
          • Students under 18 cannot be enrolled into our program without this form.  
          • If home schooled, parents/guardians should provide a letter stating the student was being home schooled and not enrolled in a public school.

 

Returning Program Participants (registered previously)

        1.  Complete the Online Form to update your program registration.
        1. Check your email to learn your next steps: either redo orientation, schedule a new placement test, or return to classes.
